Take the I-279 South ramp towards Pittsburgh
Merge onto I-279 S.
Take the Ft. Duquesne Blvd exit on the left towards Strip District

Merge onto Fort Duquesne Blvd. (Past Gateway Towers)
One Gateway Center is the next building on the right
