Martin will be happy to meet with potential clients to discuss their legal rights and remedies in a variety of estate and trust litigation matters, including:

  • Will contests among beneficiaries
  • Estate and inheritance tax disputes with the IRS or Pennsylvania Department of Revenue
  • Disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees over how an estate or trust has been administered
  • Powers of attorney and the actions of agents

Charitable Organizations. Martin also represents charitable organizations that have been named as beneficiaries in a will or trust to ensure that they receive all the assets to which they are entitled.

At the initial meeting, the fees and costs associated with Martin’s representation will be disclosed.  If you wish to proceed, the terms of the representation will be put into an engagement letter that you and Martin will sign.
